The 2024 Road To Le Mans, Round 3 of the Michelin Le Mans Cup will get underway today with two Free Practice sessions on the full 13.6km La Sarthe circuit at Le Mans.
On Monday evening the full grid of 58 cars gathered on the start finish straight for the traditional group shot, which made for an impressive sight.
Today, Wednesday 12 June, there will be two 60-minute Free Practice sessions, the first starting at 11h45 CEST and the second at 20h30 CEST.
Tomorrow will see two qualifying sessions and the first of two races. Qualifying 1, which sets the grid for the first race, will get underway at 10h30 and will last 20 minutes. Qualifying 2 takes place at 11h05 and sets the grid for the second race on Saturday morning.
The first races will start at 18h30 and will last 13 laps or 55 minutes. Race 2 takes place on Saturday morning at 10h35, five hours before the start of the 92nd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
