It is all change in the LMP3 standings after the dramatic race in Belgium at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Race winners Hadrien David and Hugo Schwarze leapt up the order from third place into the lead thanks to a perfect 26-point score by winning the race from pole position in the no85 R-ace GP Duqueine D09-Toyota.
The French team head to Silverstone on 64-points, 17 ahead of the two CLX Motorsport Ligiers, led by Alvise Rodella and Pierre-Alexandre Provost in the no87 Ligier on 47-points, who are 2-points ahead of the no97 Ligier of David Droux and Cedric Oltramare.
A second place finish in Belgium for the no92 Forestier Racing by VPS and a third place for the no16 Team Virage has put both teams on 44-points, just 1-point ahead of Road To Le Mans winners 23Events Racing.
After the heartbreak of grinding to a halt on the very last lap of the race at Spa-Francorchamps, the no71 Rinaldi Racing pairing of Stefan Aust and Felipe Fernandez-Laser saw their lead in the LMP3 Pro/Am standings cut from 28 to 4-points.
The Road To Le Mans winners head to Silverstone with 63-points, with Spa-Francorchamps winners Eric De Doncker and Gillian Henrion moving up to second place on 59-points in the no98 Motorsport98.
The no66 Rinaldi Racing Ligier moves up to third on 49-points after Steve Parrow and Griffin Peebles finished second in Belgium, 9-points ahead of the no84 ANS Motorsport Ligier.
After being classified in second place after a topsy-turvy race at Spa-Francorchamps, Alessandro Cozzi and Eliseo Donno extended their lead in the GT3 standings from 2-points to 8-points and are on 68-points in the no51 AF Corse Ferrari with two races remaining.
Spa-Francorchamps race winners Murat Ruhi Çuhadaroglu and David Cleto Fumanelli moved back up the standings in the no33 Kessel Racing Ferrari on 60-points, 5-points ahead of their teammates Lorenzo Ferdinando Innocenti and Andrea Belicchi in the no17 Ferrari.
Round 2 winners Code Racing Development head to Silverstone on 52-points, just 16-points behind the leaders and still in contention for the 2025 MLMC title.
