The second Road to Le Mans race of the weekend was no less dramatic than Thursday’s encounter.

The LMP3 victory went to the no21 Muehlner Motorsport Duqueine-Nissan of Moritz Kranz and Ugo De Wilde after the German-Belgian pairing dominated the race from pole position.

The GT3 winner was decided on the final lap, with the no2 Pzoberer Zürichsee by TFT Porsche of Julien Andlauer sweeping ahead of the no8 Iron Lynx Ferrari of Logan Sargeant.

  1. Race start saw lock up and contact in the LMP3 pack but no major incident.
  2. No37 Cool Racing Ligier of Antoine Doquin dropping down the order and pits with front left wheel locked up / puncture.
  3. Collision between no98 Motorsport98 Ligier of Eric De Doncker and the no69 Cool Racing Ligier of Maurice Smith. The no69 Ligier rejoins but the no98 stays static and Slow Zone declared to recover the car behind the barriers.
  4. No21 Muehlner Motorsport Duqueine leading by 5.7 seconds ahead of Jean Glorieux in the no3 DKR Engineering Duqueine.
  5. No7 Nielsen Racing Ligier of Tony Wells goes wide onto the grass at The Esses and hits the barriers. The car rejoins the track but the legality panel is detached, Wells has to pit to repair.
  6. No8 Iron Lynx Ferrari of Rory Penttinen leading ahead of the no95 Oman Racing Aston Martin of Ahmed Al Harthy by 2.3 seconds.
  7. No1 DKR Engineering in gravel at Dunlop.Slow Zone 1 declared to recover the car.
  8. 8 Laps to go: LMP3 21-3- 11-19-26-28
  9. 8 Laps to go: GT3 8-95-2-72-62-92
  10. Contact between the no61 AF Corse Ferrari and the no73 TS Corse Duqueine at Tertre Rouge, both cars spin off but rejoin the track.
  11. 7 Laps to go: Pitstops – Leaders 21-3 into pits.
  12. no8 pits from lead of GT3, no95 into class lead.
  13. No69 Cool Racing Ligier given a drive through penalty for causing collision with no98 Motorsport98.
  14. No29 Revere Lifestyle Adess pulls off the track at MP19, Slow Zone 5 declared.
  15. After stops battle for lead between no95 (Michael Dinan) – no8 (Logan Sargeant) – no2 (Julian Andlauer).
  16. No95 Oman Racing spins on own on entry to chicane, dropping the Aston Martin down the order.
  17. No21 Muehlner Motorsport Duqueine (Ugo De Wilde) leading by 19.1 seconds ahead of no19 Cool Racing (Niklas Kruetten)
  18. No61 AF Corse Ferrari given a drive through penalty for causing collision with no73 TS Corse Duqueine.

  4. No11 WTM Powered by Phoenix Racing Duqueine had Drive Though Penalty for causing collision at MP2. Dropping Leonard Weiss from third place.
  5. No72 Team WRT Audi (Charles Weerts) overtakes no95 Oman Racing (Michael Dinan) for third place in GT3.
  6. No14 RLR MSport Ligier overtakes no11 WTM for third place.

  8. 3 Laps to Go: GT3 – 8-2-72-95-92-83
  9. No8 Iron Lynx opens up a gap of 3 seconds as four LMP3 cars between the two GT3 cars.
  10. No21 Muehlner Motorsport leading by 16.5 seconds ahead of no19.No19 has a 6 second lead over no14.
  11. No27 Nielsen Racing in gravel at MP24 (Indianapolis) – Slow Zone 6 declared
  12. No83 Racetivity Mercedes pulls off track at MP5 with front right puncture / suspension failure.
  13. Ugo de Wilde in the no21 Muehlner Motorsport Duqueine takes the chequered flag to win the second Road To Le Mans race. Second place went to the no19 Cool Racing Ligier of Mathieu de Barbuat and Niklas Kruetten, with the no14 RLR MSport Ligier of Michael Benham and Malthe Jakobsen in third.
  14. Trouble for no8 Ferrari as traffic allows the no2 Porsche to overtake on last lap to take the victory.The third place went to the no72 Team WRT Audi of Jean-Denis Deletraz and Charles Weerts.
